Huge victory for farmers in CWB Director elections

The Canadian Wheat Board Director Elections were held in December, 2008, and a majority of pro-CWB single desk Directors were elected by farmers in Districts 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. The next Director elections will be held in 2010 in Districts 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9.

Thanks to all farmers who voted to retain the CWB single desk, and congraulations to the successful pro-CWB candidates.
