The NFU is seeking a leader who brings a people-centred approach; strong administrative, fundraising and coordination skills; and a keen interest in working with a diverse group of farmers across Canada. The successful applicant for this position will possess dedication, experience in non-profit management, and organizing skills. Applications close Monday, February 10th.
The NFU is seeking expertise to synthesize NFU analysis and research and to manage communications for policy, advocacy campaigns, and general organizational needs. The Outreach Strategist will also lead the development of a communications strategy to optimize the NFU’s impact in the rapidly changing communications space and political context. They are keen to work with farmer and farm worker members, leaders, and policy staff to communicate in effective ways to build the NFU movement. Applications close Friday, February 21.
