The IPC Caucus meeting happening at the NFU Convention on November 22nd at 7Pm AT / 6pm EST / 5pm CT / 4pm MST / 3pm PT. (zoom link below).

Ayla Fenton, Maddie Marmor and Amber Dyk are looking forward to facilitating and hosting the meeting.

The goals for this meeting are:

1. To deepen relationships amongst IPC members and amongst IPC Working Groups.

2. To learn about work that the three working groups have done over the past year.

3. To generate creative discussion about how to best use IPC space, time and capacity. Specifically, when to do internal cross pollination work (and report backs) and when to do international/LVC work.

4. To run a meeting in a particular way that could act as a blueprint or initial format for how we do the cross-pollination work going forwards.

The basic structure of the day will look like: 

• Sharing of Vision, Mission and Goals

• Three Working Groups share (10 mins each)

• Relationships building process (40mins)

• Reflect on this cross pollination meeting

We hope attendees consider that this meeting will be run a little differently than a typical NFU meeting. We’ll be inviting folks to share not just what they’ve been up to this year but also how it impacted them personally. Storytelling, relationship building, cross pollination and collective learning through reflection are the big ideas that we are building the program for the day from. Please consider preparing to participate in the way that works best for you to be present for the big ideas, big feelings and big goals we hope to talk about together!
